Hydra-Set Translucent Finishing Powder

Dip a fluffy brush or a puff into the powder and gently tap off the excess. Then press the powder brush or puff over your foundation to lock it in place and mattify your t-zone.
Use this to bake your under-eye concealer or complexion products by generously patting the powder under your eyes with a puff or beauty sponge. Dust off with a powder brush after a few minutes.
